    The service was excellent the staff were really friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed various activities, especially the professional shows at night made by the amazing animation team. Special thanks to lale from the puppies club for keeping him engaged. The food was delicious and the location was also excellent overlooking the pool.

    Impeccably clean place accompanied by really helpful and professional staff. A nice size and huge units with 2 single beds. Stunning and absolutely perfect setting in the nice enough area, not far from SPA center and the main restaurants.

    Sure, the baklava was lovely, but the sushi bar is an absolute joke, definetly not sushi. And seriously, my earbuds vanished during cleaning and not even a hint of an apology. One would expect better treatment, perhaps a complimentary massage to soothe the disappointment? Sadly, I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.

    Recommend it for families looking for fun

    The hotel's child-friendly features were excellent, especially the large water park where my kids played non-stop. We also had a good experience thanks to the attentive assistants who promptly took care of our requests.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for the quality provided.

    The staff was very inviting,even the woman at the front desk were amazing.dressed properly and in styelish fashion..breath taking as a matter of fact as well as the hotel,amazing facilty a must see ,it was a honor to stay here,even the taxi cab driver was amazed at the high end hotel and the facilty,am coming back here soon and stay longer

    having a tea pot or coffee in the room would be great.
